Veterinary Assistant

Josh Bukoski, DVM, grew up in small town Millington, MI. He received his degree from Michigan State University, "Go Green!" He has been working at AVC since August 2020. His professional interests include general preventative medicine for farm animals and small animals, as well as, teaching students and helping clients with calf diseases. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and visiting family back home in Michigan.

Nicole Schielzo, DVM, grew up in Bergenfield, New Jersey and obtained her bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Stockton University. She went to vet school in London at the Royal Veterinary College. Nicole began working for AVC in September 2023, pursuing her interests in expanding her knowledge and expertise in small and large animal medicine. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking outside and trying new restaurants.

Dave Brennan, DVM, grew up in Richland County and graduated from Crestview High School. He went to The Ohio State University for his undergrad and for veterinary school. He started working at AVC in May of 2007. His professional interests include companion animal health care and soft tissue & orthopedic surgery. Others are milk quality & milking system evaluations on dairy farms. Outside of the clinic he enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and their two children, Carter (8) and Maddie (10).
